FAU-G Game Will Release On January 26th

FAU-G game will release on January 26th on the occasion of Republic day. Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar confirmed this on Twitter along with a new trailer of the game. The game was announced soon after the ban of PUBG Mobile in India. Since then it is being touted as the Indian alternative to PUBG. It has been up for pre-registration on Google Play since last month. FAU-G was originally scheduled to launch in October but that didn’t happen.

Although preregistration is opened in Play Store, there is no mention of the Apple App Store preregistration or release date. And it is not clear whether it will only release for Android or both Android and iOS on January 26th.

FAU-G is being marketed as the PUBG alternative but at the time of release, it will not support Battle Royale mode.  That means you can’t fight with a real player. However, battle royale is said to be in the works and will arrive at a later date.

According to the nCore, the developer of the game, that it will be based on real scenarios encountered by the Indian Security Forces to deal with both domestic and foreign threats with the first level of the game set against the backdrop of Galwan Valley followed by third-person shooting gameplay in the subsequent releases.
