PUBG Lite PC Is Coming To India: Everything You Need To Know

Players Unknown Battle Ground is one of most popular battle royale games in India. Mobile version of this game has taken the market like a storm in India.  So to attract the low-end hardware owner, Chinese tech giant Tencent is all set to launch the PUBG lite for PC in India. Tencent already launched the lite version in countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brazil, Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia. Official PUBG Facebook Page has confirmed the news.

What’s Special In The Lite Version:

PUBG lite version is the toned down version of the Original version. Lite is made for low-end hardware. It will not be heavy on your system. So you don’t even need a dedicated GPU to play this game smoothly. It will also help players who face connectivity issue.  Still, the gameplay and the experience is the same as the original version. The best part of the lite version is that it is free to play.

System Requirement:

Minimum system resource requirement is  

  • CPU: Core i3 @ 2.4 GHz
  • OS: Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 64bit
  • RAM: 4GB
  • HDD: 4GB
  • GPU; Intel HD 4000

The recommended hardware requirement is

  • CPU: Core i5 @2.8 GHz
  • OS: Windows 7,8,10 64Bit
  • RAM: 8GB
  • HDD: 4GB
  • GPU: Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870

Release Date:

While the official launch date has not been officially confirmed various discussions on Discord and social media channels suggest that the game could launch by the end of this month. There is a possibility that the game would launch during the Steam sale around June 25. Some people are also saying that lite version may release on June 13, 2019.

PUGB lite can be a big thing for the Indian audience. Those who want to enjoy PUBG on a  big screen but bounded by lower end hardware, the lite version will be blessings to them.
