Vivo has launched their latest flagship Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro in India. These first launched in China last month and now it makes its way to India. Vivo markets these two phones as the camera-centric device. Both phones come with new features like 3D SoundTracking, Audio Zoom, and Super Night Mode 3.0. While the VIvo X50 Pro features a proprietary gimbal style camera stabilization.
Vivo X50 specifications
The Vivo X50 features a 6.56-inch full-HD+ Flat Ultra O AMOLED 2.5D curved display. The display has HDR10+ support, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch response rate. The display has a punch hole at the top left side of the display to house the front-facing camera. Vivo X50 has an in-display fingerprint sensor too.
Vivo X50 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal storage. Vivo X50 doesn’t have support for expandable memory via SD card.
At the back Vivo X50 has a quad-camera setup consists of a 48MP f/1.6 Sony IMX598 primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) along with 8MP ultra-wide sensor with 120-degree FoV, a 5MP f/2.48 macro sensor, and a 13MP f/2.48 portrait sensor. It also supports 2X optical zoom and 20X digital zoom. At the front, it has a 32MP camera housed in the display punch hole. The cameras come with features like Astro Mode, Extreme Night Vision, Super Night HDR, Pro Sports Mode, Motion AF Tracking, and an Instant Vlog.
Vivo X50 has a 4,200mAh battery that supports 33W Flash Charge 2.0 fast charging. On the connectivity side, it has supports for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS. The device comes with a USB Type-C at the bottom for charging. The device has dual nano-SIM and runs on Android 10.

Pricing and Availability
The Vivo X50 price in India has been set at Rs. 34,990 for the 128GB storage variant, while the 256GB storage option will cost you Rs. 37,990. Vivo X50 will be available in two color variants – Frost Blue and Glaze Black.
On the other hand, the Vivo X50 Pro has been priced at Rs. 49,990 for the single 8GB+256GB variant. It will be available in a single Alpha Grey color variant. Both the variants are now up for pre-order in India and will go on sale starting from 24th July, available across all major e-commerce including Reliance Digital, Croma, Flipkart, Amazon, Vijay Sales, Paytm Mall, and Tata Cliq and offline stores.
