Amazon And Flipkart To Resume Deliveries Of Non-Essential In Green And Orange Zones

The Indian government has increased the lockdown until 17th May. But at the same time government has allowed some relaxation. The government has decided to allow e-commerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart to start delivering non-essential items in orange and green zones.

The government of India has divided all 733 districts into three zones ie. red, orange, and green zone to indicate the severity of the coronavirus outbreak in that particular district. So if you are in an orange or green zone you will be able to order non-essential things in an e-commerce website.

If in a red zone there are no new cases in 21 days then it will be classified as an orange zone and people live there will also be able to order non-essential through the e-commerce website. So may expect to see some of the newly launched phones like OnePlus 8 series or iPhone SE 2020 available to buy for the first time.
