Google will launch the new Pixel devices on May 7. Google released a new teaser read “Something big is coming in Pixel Universe”. It is expected that Google will launch Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL at the company’s I/O 2019 keynote on May 7th.
Details about both Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL leaked over a month now. Google itself recently hinted at the Pixel 3a and 3a XL on its store. It is expected that this new line up will cost less than last year’s flagship Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. It will offer the same camera strength, which is Pixel’s main selling point, but Google will compromise (downgrade) on the built side to maintain the low price.
According to various rumors, Pixel 3a will have a 5.6-inch screen with Snapdragon 670 on board, 4GB RAM, and same 12 MP camera of Pixel 3. While big brother Pixel 3a will get a 6-inch screen along with Snapdragon 710 SoC.
