Google Stadia is a big step towards cloud gaming. It makes high-quality games playable in your browser without any installation. But until now we knew very few details about Google Stadia. Google officially today announced a game lineup, pricing, and launch date for Stadia.
The service is launching in November and it will cost $9.99 per month for 4K 60fps HDR with 5.1 sound gaming. Google calls tier as Google Stadia Pro. Whereas the other tier called Google Statia Base will launch in 2020 which will give you access to basic 1080P gaming. We will have to buy all the games for Stadia Base separately.
In Statia Pro, we will get some of the games free. But we have to buy other games separately. So it is not a totally subscription-based model. For the $10 will only include one game, Destiny 2. Google promises to add more games later.
