Motorola has launched its latest flagship Motorola Edge+ in India. Motorola Edge+ along with Motorola Edge launched last month globally. It is now available for pre-booking on Flipkart in India.

In India, only a single variant is available for purchase. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 74,999 in India. It is available in Smoky Sangria and Thunder Grey color variants. The smartphone is now available for pre-booking on Flipkart and leading offline retail stores. As per Motorola, the smartphone is “expected” to go on sale on 26 May.
As for the launch or sales offer, if you purchase this smartphone via ICICI Credit card before 18 June you can get a Rs 7,500 instant discount. The discount offer will be valid on EMI as well as non-EMI transactions.
Motorola Edge+ Specifications
Motorola Edge+ has a curved 6.7-inch full-HD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor like all other flagships these days. There’s a small punch-hole cutout for to house the front camera. Curved edges on the display have some features like double-tap on them to open apps or shortcuts or it can be used to display virtual buttons in games.
Motorola Edge+ is powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865. Edge+ have 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. It does support 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi 6, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS. Motorola Edge+ comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging.
At the back, Motorola Edge+ has a triple camera setup which sits in a vertical line at the left top backside of the device. The main shooter is a 108MP sensor with f/1.8 and has support for Optical Image Stabilization or OIS. The main camera is capable of recording 6K videos at 30fps. There is also a 16MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 and 117-degree field of vision. Edge+ includes an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom which also has OIS. Motorola has also provided a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor. At the front, there is a 25MP camera with f/2.0 which sits in the punch hole cut out.
