Oppo has launched another phone of their Reno series named Oppo Reno4 Pro in India. This is the successor of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro launched back in March. It comes with many upgrades over the Oppo Reno3 Pro, significant of those is the 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology in Oppo Reno4 Pro.

Oppo Reno4 Pro Specification

Oppo Reno4 features a 6.5-inch FHD+ (2400×1080 pixels) E3 Super AMOLED 3D Borderless Sense Screen with a 55.9° curve. The display has a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 1100nits peak brightness, and 92.1% screen-to-body ratio. The display has a punch hole at the top left corner of the display to house the front-facing camera. It also has an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Oppo Reno4 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G 8nm Octa-Core (Dual 2.3GHz Kryo 465 A76 + Hexa 1.8GHz Kryo 465 A55 CPUs) SoC with Adreno 618 GPU. The device comes with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 onboard storage. The phone also comes with a Multi-cooling System that uses a combination of graphite tube, graphite sheet, and copper foil to better dissipate heat.

At the back, Oppo Reno4 Pro has a quad-camera setup consists of a 48MP f/1.7 Sony IMX586 primary sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP macro camera and 2MP mono camera with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, you get a 32MP f/2.4 Sony IMX616 sensor for selfies.

Oppo Reno4 Pro has a 4,000mAh battery that supports fast charging via 65W SuperVOOC 2.0. Oppo claims that this will able to charge your phone 0-100% in just 36 minutes. On the connectivity side, it has support for 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Pricing and Availability

Oppo Reno4 Pro comes in two different color options- Starry Night and Silky White. Oppo Reno 4 Pro price in India has been set at Rs. 34,990 for the lone, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It will be available for purchase from Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm Mall, and Tata Cliq, and offline retail stores in the country starting from August 5.
