Poco released Poco F1 back in 2018. It was one of the most loved phones because of its flagship SoC and affordable price. Now it is been more than two years and you are still waiting for the worthy successor to the Poco F1. Meanwhile, Poco released some rebranded devices including Poco F2 Pro. Although it was a premium device compare to F1 and it never made its way to India. Now in a video released by Poco India Twitter handle teased the Poco F2.
Poco India posed a video on Twitter celebrating their journey in 2020, in that video Poco mentioned the Poco F2. The company has already confirmed back in October last year that it is working on a true successor for the Poco F1. And looks it is here.
Poco has not released any spec of the device yet. But according to the rumors Poco F2 codenamed “Courbet” will be powered by the Snapdragon 732G SoC. The device is also expected to have a 120Hz AMOLED display along with a 4,250mAh battery. The device may come with an NFC although the Indian version won’t have NFC.
You should take this information with pinch of salt because these are not official specs. If the rumors are to be believed then Poco F2 will an upper-midrange device. Then can it be a true successor to the Poco F1 without flagship SoC?
