Poco will launch their Poco M3 Pro 5G on 19th May globally. Poco has officially confirmed the date today. While it might not launch in India on 19th May due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation in the country. While Poco hasn’t revealed any hardware info about the upcoming device, rumors suggest that it will be a rebranded version of Redmi Note 10 5G.
Poco M3 Pro 5G Specification
In an interview with Android Central, POCO global’s head of product marketing Angus Ng has confirmed some of the things. He revealed that Poco M3 Pro 5G will be powered by a Mediatek Dimensity SoC. It will have a high refresh rate display, faster storage, more RAM, and three color variants.
Thanks to Poco M3 Pro renders, we can also take a look at its design. If Poco M3 Pro 5G is a rebranded Redmi Note 10 5G, then we already pretty much all spec. The device features a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display has a punch hole to house the 8MP front camera.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB UFS 2.2 internal storage that can be further expandable via a microSD card. At the back, it has a triple camera setup consists of a 48MP primary sensor along with a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. The device will pack a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging onboard.
Indian Release Date and Price
As we mentioned already, it current COVID-19 situation in India very bad. Because of this, all other brands are canceling their launch. We are expecting to follow the same. When it will launch it should be around Rs. 15000 price segment and will compete against Realme 8 5G.
