Xiaomi has finally launched the Xiaomi Mi NoteBook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition. With this Xiaomi has entered into the Laptop market in India. Fans are waiting for years for Xioami to bring Laptops in India. More importantly, these two models are specifically designed for the Indian market and are not just rebranded versions of the Mi NoteBook from China.
Mi NoteBook 14 Specification
Xiaomi Mi NoteBook 14 is the cheaper one of the two models. Being the cheaper option it cuts some corners to keep the price lower. We can see the thick bezel top and bottom of the display making it 81.2 percent screen to body ratio. It features a 14-inch Full-HD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution. It is an anti-glare display with a 178-degree field of vision and 250 nits peak brightness.
Mi NoteBook 14 is powered by the latest 10th gen i5-10510U comet lake processor. It’s coupled with 8GB 2666MHz RAM and can be configured up to 512GB SATA3 SSD. Mi NoteBook 14 has the Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU with 2GB of memory. As for connectivity and ports, you get Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, two USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI, and a combo audio jack.
Mi NoteBook 14 has a 46 Wh battery which Xiaomi claims that the laptop can last up to 10 hours with a single charge. The battery support 65W fast charging which can provide 0 to 50% charge in just 35 minutes.

Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition features a clean and minimal design with an all-metal body and no branding in the outside. It is the more premium version thus it has a thin bezel in the top and bottom of the display making it 91 percent screen to body ratio. It features a 14-inch Full-HD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution. It is an anti-glare display with a 178-degree field of vision, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 250 nits peak brightness.
You can equip your Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition with up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 10510U. You get 8GB and up to 512GB PCIe Gen 3 SSD. And as for the graphics Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon edition gets Nvidea Geforce MX350 with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM. Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition includes a chiclet keyboard with 1.3mm key travel and a fairly modest-size trackpad.
The laptop is equipped with a 46 Wh support for 65W fast charging which can provide 0 to 50% charge in just 35 minutes. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 1 port (Only on Core i7 variant for data transfer), two USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 ports, a USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port, and an audio combo jack.
Pricing and Availability
The new Mi NoteBook 14 Horizon Edition is priced at Rs 54,999 for the Core i5 variant and Rs 59,999 for the Core i7 model. While Mi NoteBook 14 will be available at a starting price of Rs 41,999 going up to Rs 47,999 for the higher storage variant. Both of these laptops will go on starting from June 17 on Amazon India, Mi.com, and offline Mi stores across India.
