After a series of leaks and renders, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series is finally here. Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra officially. Both new Galaxy Note 20 series phones are bundled with an S Pen stylus and feature a hole-punch display.

Display and Design
Samsung has introduced a new ‘Mystic’ finish with the Galaxy Note 20 lineup. Which is nothing but just a textured matte finish on the glass back panel. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a 6.9-inch WQHD (1,440×3,200 pixels) Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED 2X curved-edge display. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 19.3:9 aspect ratio. It’s also the first phone to feature the new Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. There’s an in-display fingerprint sensor as well.
Internal
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor. While in some markets it will also be powered by the octa-core Exynos 990. It has 8GB and 12GB RAM options and 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of onboard storage options which can be expanded through microSD card.
Camera
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a triple rear camera setup consists of a 108MP f/1.8 primary sensor along with a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree FOV and a 12MP f/3.0 telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and 50x Space Zoom. The primary sensor has support for OIS and up to 8K video recording. There’s also a Laser auto-focus and dual-LED flash baked next to the vertical camera setup. On the front, it has a 10MP f/2.2 sensor housed in the punch hole of the display.
S-Pen
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an upgraded S Pen over what was available on the Galaxy Note 10. In the latest Note series, the S Pen placement has moved from the right to the left end of the bottom edge. Galaxy Note 20 series includes a Bluetooth-enabled S Pen that now also works as a pointer, with a range of around 10 meters. It is touted to have a latency of nine milliseconds. Battery and Others
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra packs a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging, 15W wireless fast charging, and 9W reverse wireless charging. On the connectivity side, it has support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. There is also Wireless DeX support to let you convert the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra into a mini desktop. More features on the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra include IP68 rating and AKG-tuned stereo speakers.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) support that powers a preloaded Nearby Share feature. This lets you quickly share a file with another UWB-equipped Galaxy phone user by pointing your Galaxy Note 20 Ultra towards that user.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is the smaller sibling of Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with a few corner cuts here and there. For stater, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Infinity-O Super AMOLED+ flat display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. It also has the in-display fingerprint sensor just like the bigger sibling.
While the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ or Exynos 990 in some markets but it has a different RAM and Storage option. The phone also has 8GB RAM and comes with up to 256GB of onboard storage that isn’t expandable via microSD card.
At the back, Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a triple camera setup consists of a 12MP f/1.8 primary camera with OIS along with a 12MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree FoV and a 64MP (f/2.0) telephoto camera with 3x hybrid zoom and 30x Space Zoom. At the front, it has the same 10MP f/2.2 selfie camera.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 also packs a smaller 4,300mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 comes with S Pen that has a latency of 26 milliseconds. It also has other features just like Note 20 Ultra. All the other features in Note 20 are same as Note 20 Ultra.
Pricing
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 price has been set at $999.99 (roughly Rs. 75,400) for the 5G variant with base 128GB storage in the US. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, on the other hand, carries a starting price tag of $1,299.99 (roughly Rs. 97,500) for the base 128GB storage variant in the US. Notably, the Galaxy Note 20 5G model comes in 128GB and 256GB storage options, while its 4G version has just a 256GB storage model. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, however, has 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage options along with 12GB RAM as standard, whereas its 4G option comes in 256GB and 512GB storage variants along with 8GB RAM.
